On 19.02.2009 - the day of Vasil Levski's death, the founders of The Civil League of Bulgaria shall gather in the town of Karlovo to pay homage to the memory of the Apostle of Liberty.All those who share the ideal for "pure and sacred republic" are invited at Vasil Levski monument in the Old Town of Karlovo at 11.00 o'clock, to set the beginning of the completion of his deeds.

At 13.00 o'clock in the conference hall of "Shterev" hotel, a meeting will take place with the people willing to talk with the founder and the initiators!
